The Jefferson offers a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Many have dens or studies, and balconies. All feature large windows, fully equipped kitchens, living/dining rooms, and washer/dryers.

All apartments in The Jefferson are "re-sales," and their owners have modified many of them. Such modifications include hardwood floors, custom window treatments, upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, and much more.

In addition, it is possible to purchase two adjacent apartments and connect them, creating larger, more elegant accommodations. The Jefferson's Engineering Department is available to work with our residents to perform modifications to apartments, subject to approval by The Jefferson Homeowner's Association.
